THE ARTIST
Prior to the move to Tasmania Laurence had over 30 years’ experience in teaching art to secondary levels. For each of the last 6 years of High School teaching, he was instrumental in the selection of students being chosen for “Art Express” the highest student art honour in NSW.

His extensive artistic experience has allowed him to consistently challenge himself in developing and honing his own personal style. His daily experience in teaching for three decades means that he is not limited to a few particular techniques but a broad depth of artistic capability and understanding in multiple mediums making his professional artistic career varied and diverse.

He continues to paint at his studio in Cambria Drive Dolphin Sands and plein air locally.
